VISA INFORMATION

All participants are required to check the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy to see whether they are required to obtain a Italian visa when entering Italy: https://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en and https://visaguide.world/europe/italy-visa/requirements/

The visa regime of Italy is a part of the EU acquis.

Passport has to be valid for at least another three months after the planned departure from Italy and issued within the previous 10 years.

Please note that participants need to have an accepted paper for the conference and the conference fee settled in order to request invitation letter for visa purposes.
